Terms and conditions for donation

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR DONATION

These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single Donation that a Donor makes. By confirming on this website that you wish to make a Donation or by making a Donation, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions for Donation. Please read these Terms and Conditions before making a Donation.

  1. Definitions:

ACF is Amicorp Community Foundation is a charitable foundation established and registered in Curaçao.

Donation is any monetary amount, gifted by a Donor to ACF, by means of electronic authorisation through this website or via bank transfer to the bank account of Amicorp Community Foundation with reference to Desa Les Community Center.

Donor is a natural or legal person who donates, has donated or will donate a Donation to Amicorp Community Foundation.

Project is Desa Les Community Center.

  1. Before we can process a Donation, a Donor must provide us with (i) Donor’s name, address and email address; and (ii) details of the credit or debit card that Donor wish to use to fund the Donation. We will use this information to process the Donation. It is the Donor’s responsibility to ensure Donor has provided us with the correct information.
  2. By clicking the “Donation” button, a Donor authorize us to charge the account, details of which is entered by the Donor, the amount specified.

All payments through this website are to be made by payment card. Once a Donor confirm to us through the website that a Donor wish to proceed with Donation the transaction will be processed through our payment services provider (“Service Provider”). By confirming that you wish to proceed with Donation you authorise the Service Provider to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.

  1. A Donation is irrevocable. We will refund all Donations made that are fraudulent due to unauthorised use of a credit card. If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider. In all other circumstances, refunds of Donations will be at our discretion.
  2. We will use Donation for the Project at our discretion. Donation does not entitle a Donor to any goods, services, positions at the Project or Amicorp Group or ACF or any other consideration.
  3. Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions for Donation and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions for Donation a Donor is also agreeing to the way we use, process and protect a Donor’s personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
  4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions for Donation at any time.
