Our aim is to establish long-term partnerships that will add value to the center and the students. We already have commitments from several other five-star hotels and restaurants to help in student training. In addition, the Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Holland will be mentoring students in Small Business endeavors.

W-Bali Seminyak

The W Bali Seminyak is part of the Marriott Bonvoy international five-star hospitality group. They have committed to provide free consultation and support on setting up of the five-star professional training kitchen at Amisewaka DLCC. They will also be hands on with training of the students and helping place them once they have completed their education.

Locavore Restaurant

Is an international award winning restaurant in Ubud. The Locavore group will join DLCC to provide advice regarding restaurant setup and use of herbs and permaculture produce in a creative cuisine. The Locavore restaurant embodies environmental sustainability both in and out of the kitchen, reducing and recycling as much as they can. Their creed is to use as much local produce and meat/fish as possible and to create a dining experience as no other.

Karuna Foundation Bali in Ubud

Campuhan College, the educational institution in Bali under Karuna Foundation Bali, (KFB) has been teaching Living Values Education, English and Computer Graphics for several years and has had amazing results with its students. KFB has committed to work closely with us at DLCC and we are pleased to partner and work together with their highly trained teachers.

Amicorp Community Foundation

The Desa Les Community Center (DLCC) is one of several initiatives already undertaken by the Amicorp Community Foundation.

The ACF is the major stakeholder in the DLCC having already committed USD 360,000 to this project. The Amicorp Community Foundation was established in 2001 to give focus to Amicorp’s social empowerment efforts, increase environmental consciousness, and preserve bio-diversity.

UNDIKSHA

UNDIKSHA (Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha) is located in Singaraja, Buleleng. This teacher training college is one of Bali’s most preeminent tertiary institutions. In 2016, we signed a MoU with the tourism department of Undiksha, as they have a culinary component to this department.I Putu Gede Parma, M.Par has worked closely with AMISEWAKA - DLCC on the curriculum and we plan to have teachers from UNDIKSHA assist as advisors to our programs.
