After three years of empowering young people, Amisewaka – DLCC (“DLCC”) continues to grow and make an impact. Building on the success and trust earned through our one-year Culinary Training Program, we are now taking the next step by introducing a new one-year Food & Beverage Service Program. This program is designed to train aspiring waiters and waitresses, equipping them with the skills needed to thrive in the hospitality industry.
To ensure its success, we conducted a Training Needs Analysis (“TNA”), bringing together key stakeholders, including local government representatives, Bali’s hospitality associations, and HR & Training Managers from our hotel partners. This event focused on reviewing the curriculum, training modules, and facilities, aligning them with Indonesia’s National Qualification Framework (KKNI), and ensuring they meet current industry standards and demands.
The TNA also served as a valuable opportunity to evaluate and refine our current Culinary Training Program. Feedback from participants was collected through surveys, providing insights to enhance the quality of education at DLCC.
Many of our partners have reaffirmed their commitment to working with us, with some even expressing interest in visiting DLCC regularly to witness the program’s progress firsthand. This strong support motivates us to keep striving for excellence.
With thorough preparation and the backing of industry professionals, we are confident that the Food & Beverage Service Program will be another milestone in DLCC’s journey of transforming young lives through skills-based education.
