Amisewaka – DLCC (“DLCC”) held an exciting art competition for students of all ages, centered around the theme “Tourism Destinations in Les Village.” The event brought together young talents from kindergarten to high school to express their creativity in different ways. Kindergarten and elementary students joined a coloring contest, middle schoolers took part in a drawing competition, and high school students showcased their skills in a digital fashion design contest.
The goal of this event was to inspire the younger generation to be creative and to help promote Les Village as a growing tourist destination in Indonesia. The enthusiasm was amazing with over 200 participants coming to DLCC to take part. Each competition ran for 90 minutes, and entries were judged by three experienced judges: Komang Trisna Nanda, Yoga, and Niko Andrea.
Throughout the event, the students showed great spirit and confidence through their artwork. More than just a contest, it was also a chance for them to build courage, practice expressing themselves, and learn the valuable lesson that in every competition, there are both wins and losses.
The event was made even more special thanks to support from the local community and generous sponsors, including Bank BNI and the Indonesian Hotel and Restaurant Association (Buleleng chapter). A special thanks also goes to Bred and Fleur, two art teachers from abroad, who donated a variety of drawing and coloring supplies as prizes for the winners.
Parents, teachers, and guardians were full of praise for the event, sharing their hopes that DLCC will continue hosting such competitions in the future. These events not only give children the opportunity to explore their talents but also allow them to shine in front of a supportive audience while promoting local culture and tourism.
