NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION 2023/24

Amisewaka Desa Les Community Center (Amisewaka DLCC) is a vocational training center with the aim of providing professional training for young generations aged 17-23 (High School graduates) in North Bali and surrounding areas. The program was designed to develop the capacity of these youth and empower their lives, particularly for those who are financially less fortunate and do not have the means to access advanced training programs after graduating from high school.

The program that we offer is a one year professional training in certified food production (cookery). The participants spend the first 6 months for onsite training (on campus)  followed by the second 6 months for on-the-job training at four or five starred hotels and restaurants in Bali.

Amisewaka provides supports (subsidized training program) for those who are financially less fortunate. This support is provided by the generosity of our main organization called Amicorp Community Foundation, other donors, and strong networks and partnerships.

In addition to the 1 year professional program in Certificatae III Food Production (cookery), our students will also receive a holistic training program from  supporting programs such as food and beverages service, organic agriculture (permaculture), computer literacy, English , Social Entrepreneurship, and Balinese Culture (i.e. Balinese Dance and Gamelan). All of these programs are required as they will help provide the knowledge and skills that are necessary for the participants’ future.

Currently, Amisewaka DLCC is accepting new applications for Batch 2, Academic year 2023/2024 that is open from February to March 2023.
