Inilah sebabnya mengapa Amisewaka-DLCC, bekerja sama dengan PMI (Palang Merah Indonesia) Kabupaten Buleleng, menyelenggarakan pelatihan dasar Pertolongan Pertama pada hari Selasa, 9 Mei 2023. Sesi pelatihan selama 8 jam ini sangat penting untuk mempersiapkan semua staf Amisewaka-DLCC dalam menghadapi kecelakaan kerja dan situasi darurat lainnya. Pelatihan ini mencakup beberapa topik penting seperti penilaian korban, resusitasi jantung paru (RJP), perdarahan dan syok, cedera ringan, patah tulang, cedera kepala, tulang belakang, dan dada, luka bakar, dan pemindahan korban. <img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-4039 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/www.desalescommunitycenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/basic_firstaid_2-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"363\" height=\"242\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.desalescommunitycenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/basic_firstaid_2-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.desalescommunitycenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/basic_firstaid_2-600x399.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.desalescommunitycenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/basic_firstaid_2-280x187.jpg 280w, https:\/\/www.desalescommunitycenter.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/basic_firstaid_2.jpg 622w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 363px) 100vw, 363px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Keempat instruktur berpengalaman dalam Pertolongan Pertama (salah satunya adalah perawat terlatih) dan merupakan pembicara atau fasilitator yang berpengalaman. Materi yang disampaikan sangat lengkap dan terstruktur dengan baik, dengan pendekatan teori dan praktik. Para peserta diizinkan untuk mempraktekkan langsung pada manekin dan dilatih untuk berkomunikasi secara efektif dengan tim medis dan pasien.<\/p>\n<p>Sebelum pelatihan dimulai, dilakukan pre-test untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awal peserta pelatihan dan sebagai acuan dalam menentukan materi pelatihan yang akan disampaikan. Setelah pelatihan, peserta menjalani penilaian pasca pelatihan untuk mengukur pemahaman staf tentang pelatihan yang telah mereka terima, serta untuk menilai efektivitas pelatihan.<\/p>\n<p>Sepanjang hari pelatihan, seluruh staf dan manajemen Amisewaka-DLCC menunjukkan antusiasme dan komitmen penuh di seluruh kegiatan pelatihan baik secara teori maupun praktik, yang pada akhirnya mencapai hasil yang positif dalam penilaian pascapelatihan.
